We are sorry if you are not satisfied with your order. We will refund or exchange any item(s) you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition — unworn with all tags attached within 14 days of receiving date.
Please make sure to take care when first trying on your items at home to avoid any damage or make-up marks. Do not remove any tags until you are 100% satisfied that you will keep the item(s). Items returned with tags removed will be considered worn and will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are at your own expense and are only refunded if you received faulty items. All refunds are subject to our discretion. All items for exchange are subject to availability.

Order Cancellations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order at any time before the expiry of 14 days beginning the day following receipt. If your order has already been dispatched, you must wait for delivery and return within 14 days for a full refund excluding shipping costs.
Faulty Items
All items are thoroughly checked for quality prior to shipping. If you receive a faulty item, return it within 14 days with the Returns Form. Contact us at info@dyostudio.nl — we will reimburse return postage for faulty items only.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Duties & Taxes
We do not cover the cost of individual countries' import sales taxes. These are not included in your shipping costs.

What is the return policy at DYO Studio?
You can return unworn items with all tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the item is faulty.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days within the Netherlands. International orders may take longer. Each shipment includes a Track & Trace number.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, DYO Studio offers free shipping within the Netherlands. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Exchanges are possible subject to availability. Contact us at info@dyostudio.nl within 14 days of receiving your order and we will assist you with an exchange.
How do I know which size to order?
DYO Studio pieces are cut in a relaxed silhouet. We recommend consulting the size guide on each product page. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us — we are happy to advise.
